Guided meditation is particularly useful for those who are new to mindfulness skills as well as those who would like to increase self awareness and use meditation to focus on working through current life struggles. Meditation can help quiet the mind and relax at the end of a stressful day and may be useful for overcoming challenges in sleeping, eating, and other habits that are crucial to our mental health. Visualization has been used for centuries to help people achieve goals and identify and overcome limitations. Much of the time we have all the answers we need inside of us.
