About me :
I am a psychotherapist based out of Philadelphia and have been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years. I received my bachelors degree from The University of Pennsylvania and my masters degree from New York University and have extensive training in a wide variety of psychotherapy models and mindfulness practices including cognitive behavioral therapies, insight-oriented meditation, and hypnosis. I have worked closely with clients of many different cultural and ethnic backgrounds and ages ranging from 4 to 84.
I am working on a daily basis to help my clients decrease anxiety and panic attacks and overcome depression as well as navigate major life transitions, grief, eating concerns, hoarding and organizational struggles, and relationship difficulties. I employ an integrated approach to therapy as each person has different needs and I partner with my clients to problem solve current life struggles while tapping into their inherent strengths. The majority of my work with clients is short term but I also enjoy long term work and encourage clients to return for booster sessions as needed.
