Kristina currently runs monthly mindfulness workshops on topics such as Intro to Meditation, Breathing Techniques for Daily Stressors, and Mindfulness Skills for Real Life. She is available to visit work sites, schools, and community centers to provide guidance and consultation around self care and can blend psycho-education and experiential practice for small and large groups.
